Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt) to complete the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue, either by sending you a replacement or offering a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene concerns, certain items are not eligible for returns once opened or used. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product pages. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any doubts regarding a product, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and then placing a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
